nevertheless, we persist
Nevertheless, We Persist is a collective of young people aiming to educate students from 1st grade through high school about inequality in society today, encouraging students to become and stay politically active, acknowledge that everyone is diverse and still equal, how to obtain equal rights, and the steps it will take to get there.
About Us
At Nevertheless, We Persist we are driven towards one main goal; educating young people and inspiring them to be politically active. Our nonprofit started after the founder organised a march and rally on National Women's Day 2017 by the same name. We're based in California, mainly the South Bay, but we're looking to expand so feel free to reach out to us if you're located outside of the area and interested in volunteering.

WHAT WE DO
At Nevertheless, We Persist we strive towards a more positive, tolerant future in such a tough political climate. We’re proud of what we do, the difference we make, and the way we work to promote a bright, diverse future for Generation Z and beyond to grow up in. We hope you feel as strongly about this as we do. If you’d like to donate or volunteer as a teacher, a writer for the website, or if you’re interested in opening a chapter of Nevertheless, We Persist in your area, feel free to contact us through the form at the bottom of the page or by sending us an email through contact@neverthelesswepersist.co.
We’re working to create more politically active and inspired communities, for a more politically active and inspired future,

to make the future political climate more positive and the representatives across the United States more diverse,

and to educate young so they vote with acceptance and compassion for others.
